California Licensed Practical Nurse

A company is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with California licensure for a remote day shift position.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient census and address gaps in clinical and non-clinical care

Identify and coordinate community resources for patient care

Provide education on chronic condition management and perform medication management

Required Qualifications

Active California nursing license (LPN)

At least 3 years of direct patient-facing work experience

Technical aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work in a sedentary position for extended periods

Must have a home office or HIPAA-compliant workspace
