Unique company culture that values its people Willing to train the right motivated and dedicated employee Conducts inbound and outbound calls Processes customer orders Places special orders with suppliers and / or other warehouses Tracks and provides follow up on backorders, shipments, and warranties Assists in closing out day end orders and shipping documents 1-2 years customer service and / or inside sales experience Industrial, Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO), automotive parts experience (helpful) Good communication skills (written and verbal) Customer service focused Basic order entry computer skills Organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task Ability to work Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) The work is active. The associate will lift heavy duty truck parts that might be in excess of 50 lbs. The associate will be required to stand for long periods of time. The associate will also have to do the following throughout the day : walking, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, and lifting.
