CDM Analyst

A company is looking for a CDM Analyst who will manage and implement the Charge Description Master.

Key Responsibilities

Maintains and updates the Charge Description Master, including annual reviews and quarterly updates

Processes CDM requests to ensure compliance with billing, coding, and pricing practices

Conducts audits and analyzes data to ensure regulatory compliance and improve coding functions

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Preferred)

2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle or Charge Description Master (Required)

Certified Professional Coder (CPC) - AAPC (Preferred)

Six Sigma Green Belt or CRCR certification (Preferred)
