You're a hands-on leader who thrives in the field and takes pride in building high-performing teams that deliver excellence on every job. You've spent years mastering the craft of structured cablingboth copper and fiberand know what it takes to get a complex infrastructure project done safely, on time, and to spec. Your leadership style blends technical expertise with mentorship and accountability : you set clear expectations, support your people, and hold them to a high standard of quality and professionalism. You're as comfortable walking a job site as you are in a client meeting, and you know how to translate technical execution into operational success.

As the Cabling Superintendent Manager, you'll lead and develop a team of Cabling Superintendents responsible for delivering structured cabling and low-voltage infrastructure projects across multiple clients and sites. You'll ensure field execution aligns with Myriad360's standards of safety, quality, and performance while driving continuous improvement in installation practices and documentation. This role is both strategic and tacticalbalancing oversight of day-to-day field operations with the long-term growth of the cabling team. You'll partner closely with Project Managers, Technical Leads, and clients to ensure every project is completed to specification, on schedule, and within budget, while fostering a culture of excellence across all field teams.

Travel up to 90% required based on project and client requirements with possibility of international travel (active passport required). Must be based in the United States and available evening hours and weekends.

Other responsibilities include :

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Cabling Superintendents across multiple concurrent projects
• Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability metrics for each superintendent
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, site audits, and performance reviews with superintendents
• Build a strong field culture centered around safety, quality, professionalism, and teamwork
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new superintendents and field technicians
• Partner with Project Managers and Technical Leads to ensure alignment between field execution and project scope
• Serve as an escalation point for technical or personnel issues on job sites

Some of Our Benefits :

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $130,000- $140,000, plus opportunities for bonus and / or commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
