Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain is seeking a Procurement Analyst (Level 4) to join our Functional Excellence team supporting BCA programs in Everett, WA. The Procurement Analyst will be accountable for stabilizing and executing supply chain improvements by coordinating people, tools, and workflows to deliver reliable, measurable, and repeatable outcomes. This role applies a strong supply chain knowledge alongside disciplined execution and systems thinking to improve how work gets done across the Global Supply Chain organization. The successful candidate will operate as a project integrator and supply chain subject matter expert, leading cross-functional efforts from problem definition through implementation, translating production and operational needs into clear requirements, and guiding teams through execution and adoption. This role requires a self-directed leader who is comfortable making decisions, holding teams accountable, and driving outcomes in a complex, dynamic environment. Some domestic travel between Boeing sites and suppliers may be required.

Summary pay range (Level 4) : $125,100 - $145,950 Applications for this position will be accepted until Mar. 05, 2026
