We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our IT Development team as an entry-level Software Developer! The Associate Developer will function as a junior-level contributor, actively participating in the creation of technical requirements and the design of deliverables to meet customer needs. The role involves developing programming logic and writing code based on these requirements. The incumbent is expected to foster a strong customer service culture within their team and across the entire department.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with clients, business analysts, lead developers, technical staff, and project team members to plan, design, implement, and enhance applications, scripts, and procedures.
• Create, maintain, and update programming logic and code in alignment with AWG IT standards.
• Ensure thorough documentation and conduct testing on new and existing modules and systems to guarantee reliability and performance.
• Regularly consult with the lead developer to address technical issues, receive guidance, and ensure alignment with project objectives and technical standards.
• Engage in comprehensive system analysis to evaluate how new and updated modules will interact and integrate with existing systems.
• Actively participate in code reviews for ongoing and existing system modules to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
• Contribute to business process changes to leverage new system capabilities and enhance productivity across the organization.
• Participate in the assessment and evaluation of new tools and methodologies to improve development practices and outcomes.
• Follow formal Project Management and Life Cycle Management methodologies throughout the development process.
