Must hold a current certification as a Nursing Aide. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written. Must be physically capable of pushing, pulling, moving, and / or lifting a minimum of 40 pounds to a height of at least 3 feet and moving such weight a minimum distance of 4 feet.
Company Description : Cheshire House is a 75-bed, family-owned skilled nursing facility specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are excited to welcome a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to our team!
Responsibilities :
- Chart nurses' notes in a clear and detailed manner that reflects the care provided to residents and their responses.
- Complete and file necessary recordkeeping forms and charts upon resident admission, transfer, and discharge.
- Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
- Collaborate with assigned certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to ensure they understand and follow resident care plans.
Pay Rate : Competitive based on experience.
