Identification of new business opportunities and generation of sales qualified leads
Conducting multi-channel outreach activities, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
Managing the first customer relationship and ensuring qualified appointments
Managing internal CRM processes (Salesforce), including recording activities, updating account data, market feedback, and qualification details of leads
Measuring and documenting daily sales activities and performance
Close collaboration with the enterprise sales and / or inside sales teams
Learning, using, and shaping our lead qualification and sales processes
Achieving or exceeding monthly quotas for qualified leads to ensure pipeline targets
