Adecco is actively recruiting for Medical Billing Admin positions for our client in Louisville, CO. In this role, you will review Explanations of Benefits to understand each claim scenario, research and resolve denials, prepare appeals for reprocessing, follow up on outstanding insurance claims, and submit accurate primary and secondary claim documents in a timely manner. Additionally, the role includes managing unapplied credits and refund requests, answering patient billing inquiries, documenting all activity in patient accounts to maintain accurate records, and performing other duties as assigned by management or physicians.

Requirements :
The ideal candidate is a Colorado resident who can work onsite at our Louisville, CO location
High school diploma or GED
2 years of experience in medical billing and collections
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone skills
Ability to interact professionally with peers, patients, management, physicians, and outside representatives in fast‑paced situations
Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, and medical industry software (Intergy preferred)
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and patient information
Ability to accept feedback, take accountability, and support company mission and values
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay Details : $24.00 per hour
