Military Peer Support Specialist III

A company is looking for a Military / Veteran Peer Support Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities

Provides customer-friendly services and engages individuals in an empathic manner

Develops and maintains peer-to-peer relationships to identify emotional or behavioral changes

Responds promptly to service requests and inquiries from various parties

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent with at least three years of active-duty service or relevant military experience

Demonstrated ability to use a computer for service recording and basic office functions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
