About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Anesthesiology DO in Iowa!

We’re seeking experienced Anesthesiologists to join a fast-paced surgical team on a locum basis starting August / September. This is your chance to make a significant impact in the OR while earning top-tier pay.

Start : August / September

Monday–Friday (6 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM)

Night call every 3–4 days (7 nights / week rotation)

Weekend coverage (call only; ~75% chance of being called in)

No clinic work

Requirements

Provide anesthesia care before & during surgery

OB : Yes (including TOLAC)

Peds : Yes (mostly tonsils & adenoids)

General anesthesia with conscious sedation

No hearts or neurosurgery

Team : 6 physicians & 2 CRNAs

13 ORs, 30–50 cases / day department-wide

EMR : EPIC (May 2025)

Board Certified

Active IA license or IMLC

ACLS - (can obtain during credentialing)
