About the Role :
Were looking for a Business Process Analyst Level 3 to take ownership of inventory reserve analysis and reporting for the Safety, Sensing & Industrial Components (SIC) business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex data into actionable insights and enjoys collaborating across Finance, Product Management, and Operations teams to drive impactful decisions.
What Youll Do :
- Lead monthly and quarterly reviews of inventory reserves, focusing on slow-moving, excess, and obsolete (E&O) inventory.
- Analyze trends and provide clear recommendations to Finance and leadership teams.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand usage patterns, obsolescence risks, and business drivers behind reserve changes.
- Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports that track productivity, inventory, and cost savings.
- Deliver concise, data-driven summaries to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Support ad hoc requests for analytics, spend visibility, and leadership presentations.
What You Bring :
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, XLOOKUP, data validation).Experience with large datasets and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Clear communication skills and confidence working across teams.Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar) for reporting and data analysis.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Preferred Experience :
Exposure to inventory reserve processes or E&O analysis .Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.Understanding of procurement workflows , cost accounting, or manufacturing environments.Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field .Experience with continuous improvement or Lean practices (such as Yellow Belt certification).Why Youll Love This Role :
