LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS :

Home Health Aide certification - New York State Education Department (NYSED), Valid New York State Driver's License - New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (NYSDMV).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds frequently, with constant movement of objects up to 10 pounds. Requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.
