Job Description

• Develop Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate tailored therapy strategies to help them realize their individual functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide both individuals and their families in therapy practices to promote continual progress at home.
• Track Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes diligently, adjusting treatment plans as required to ensure optimal patient advancement.

Education

• Accredited degree in Occupational Therapy.

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
