Sales Development Representative

At a Glance : 1-800Accountant is growing and we are looking for sales development representatives to schedule appointments for senior sales reps. This position is a crucial part of our business. You will be provided warm leads to call.

This is an in-office position. Hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5 : 30pm.

Appointment Setters are vital to the success of any growth company. It's a great place to start a career in sales. An SDR is someone who is responsible for generating new sales for the company, as well as providing excellent customer service to the clients.

About the role :

• Complete a PAID TRAINING program that is designed to set you up for success. The training is 2 days long and consists of listening to live calls and role playing.
• Contact and qualify small-business owners to schedule their initial interaction with our sales team utilizing leads that 1-800Accountant provides
• Build value in our consultation by educating clients about the tax implications of business ownership as well as upcoming tax deadlines
• Heavy phones in a fast paced environment, outbound calling +300 calls daily, comfortable speaking professionally on the phone
• Lead one-call-close appointments via telephone
