Production Supervisor

Are you an experienced production leader with a background in manufacturing or injection molding? A leading  sustainable packaging manufacturer  is hiring  Production Supervisors  for its  West Phoenix facility . This  direct-hire  opportunity offers long-term stability, excellent pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Production Supervisor Duties :

  • Supervise full-time and temporary production employees to meet daily and weekly goals.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate employees on safety, productivity, and performance standards.
  • Oversee shift operations including equipment setup, material flow, and job assignments.
  • Maintain accurate records for time, attendance, and production results.
  • Troubleshoot production or equipment issues and ensure all safety and quality protocols are followed.

Schedule :

  • 2-2-3 rotating schedule
  • 12-hour shifts :

    • 1st Shift :  6 : 00 a.m. – 6 : 00 p.m.

  • 2nd Shift :  6 : 00 p.m. – 6 : 00 a.m.

    • Pay :

  • $25+ per hour (DOE)

    • Production Supervisor Requirements :

  • Prior supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office or ERP / MRP systems.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, including troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
