Patient Flow Coordinator - RN

What We Offer :

Join our 26-member  Patient Placement Team , supporting 7 hospitals around the clock. In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage patient placement and transfers while working across  4 screens and multiple systems  including  Epic, Transfer Center, Bed Placement , Voalte, Genesys , and Teams  to keep care moving smoothly.

💡 What You’ll Do

Triage calls & transfers like a pro

Coordinate 🚁 air and 🚑 ground transport

Partner with stroke, trauma & emergency teams

Manage patient placement across hospitals

📅 Schedule

3 weekend shifts every 6 weeks (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM, 36 hours / week)

Rotating holidays (2 major + 1 minor)

No call shifts 🙌

✅ What We’re Looking For

RN with 2+ years acute care (ED or critical care required, patient flow experience a plus)

Strong clinical judgment & multitasking skills

Tech-savvy and confident communicating with physicians

Thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment

What We're Looking For :

• Education :   Associates Degree, required. BSN preferred.
• Experience :

Two year, required.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high level of problem solving and critical thinking skills to find solutions to difficult human, technical, clinical or administrative problems.
