Operate and maintain assembly machinery and tools, ensuring proper functionality. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Document production output and report any issues to supervisors. Be on time for daily startup of manufacturing activities. Follow instructions from the supervisor on positional duties. Adhere to safety measures sanctioned by Guardian management. Perform duties required to keep the production line running efficiently. Perform all other tasks issued by direct supervision that lie outside of the normal scope of the position. . Position Requirements : Good communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to understand English on a limited basis to follow basic work instructions. Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity and the ability to handle small components.
