Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team to develop next-generation analytics products

Manage revenue planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and project management

Required Qualifications

PhD or ABD in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field

4 years of experience as a Research Assistant, Data Scientist, or Developer

Experience in mentoring and hiring junior data scientists

Proficiency in machine learning techniques and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL

Experience in delivering comprehensive models and custom product solutions in Financial Services or related industries
