FTE : Full Time, 0.8, 64.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift : Days

Pay : $42.01 - $58.82 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary : Join our dynamic team as a Lead Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, where you will utilize your advanced knowledge to lead and support your fellow team members in a rewarding and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor, coach, and evaluate team members' performance focusing on productivity and quality management.
• Be a positive role model by fostering teamwork and cooperation within the team.
• Assist in coordinating services, prioritizing assignments, and ensuring effective workflow to facilitate decision-making and problem-solving.
• Perform sonographer duties while guiding team members through complex or novel situations.
• Oversee equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting, and work with Radiology students if applicable.
