Program Analysis Officer
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first-level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the 363rd Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (363 ISRW) Plans and Programs Office (XP). Supervises a workforce consisting of military, civilian, and contractor personnel. Salary ranges include local market supplements.

Duties
DUTY 1 : Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the 363d ISR Wing Plans and Programs Office, ensuring that planning and programming complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. DUTY 2 : Provides focus, policy, and guidance for all 363 ISRW and subordinated Groups with responsibility for ensuring the desired level of interoperability exists among all elements of the Wing enterprise and ISR community. DUTY 3 : Receives all Wing planning and programming tasks and special projects assignments along with background information and related material. DUTY 4 : Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and counsels employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.

Qualifications
This is a GG-14 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-14 duties for the "Supervision / Management" work category are at the "Senior" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-14 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS / GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job. In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Examples of creditable experience include mastery of knowledge in the planning and program analysis fields. Knowledge of the philosophical concept behind and the process for the preparation of a range of peacetime / wartime requirements plans is necessary. The ability to recognize the interrelationships of the various aspects of operating programs and skill in integrating and analyzing such information in order to evaluate overall program status is required. Note : Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government agency.
