Description :

Seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery.

Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience, with preference given to those with travel experience.

The role requires solid labor and delivery experience, as the staff works on both labor and postpartum units.

The unit has 12 labor beds, 1 triage room, and 3 operating rooms for labor.

The postpartum unit accommodates 24 beds that can also monitor antepartum patients.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring high-risk obstetrical patients, assisting with labor and delivery, and handling postpartum care.

The candidate should be comfortable with various procedures such as amnioinfusion, C-section recovery, and fetal heart rate monitoring.

Important to adhere to all mandatory training and educational requirements assigned within the first week of the assignment.

Candidates should be willing to float within the facility and across the system as needed.

Weekends and holidays may be required as necessary.

Must not have any felony hits in the background check.

A reference from a charge, supervisor, or manager is required for the application.

The facility is open to assignments longer than 13 weeks.
