OpenTeams is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team of industry-leading recruiting professionals. This role will serve as a 4-month contract covering a team member's maternity leave, with strong potential for a full-time hire based on performance and organizational needs.

We're a distributed team headquartered in Austin, TX, driven by innovation and collaboration. If you're a motivated, detail-oriented recruiter who thrives in fast-paced technical environments, we'd love to meet you.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience both agency and in-house preferred.
• 3+ years recruiting for technical roles (ideally within the open-source software or engineering ecosystem).
• Proven ability to partner directly with C-level leadership as a strategic advisor.
• Strong record of success in fast-paced, high-growth environments; calm under pressure and results-oriented.
• A player-coach mindset - collaborative, supportive, and eager to help others succeed.
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
• Skilled in sourcing and building pipelines through creative, multi-channel outreach strategies.
