Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all non-technical organizations
Act as a talent advisor to department heads and executives, providing market insights
Execute creative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent for high-priority roles
Required Qualifications
Immediate availability to start interviewing within 48 hours
7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for diverse non-technical functions
Expertise in Greenhouse ATS without the need for training
Ability to pivot between various recruitment needs, such as Finance and Creative roles
Strong capability to influence hiring managers and lead offer negotiations
