Southeast Forensic is a fast-paced company specializing in accident reconstruction and forensic engineering. Forensic engineering investigations may include premises safety, industrial accidents, building compliance, product failures, etc. We are currently looking to add an entry level forensic engineer and / or forensic technician to our team. Responsibilities :
- Candidates will work directly with, and under the direction of lead consultants and training will be provided
- Candidates will split time between working in the office and working in the field
- Field work trips will occur on a weekly basis, most trips are completed within one business day but some may require overnight stays, candidates will have access to company vehicles and equipment
- Field work will consist of documentation protocols using photography, videos, "black box" data downloads, survey equipment (total stations, 3D scanners, drones, etc.)
- In office work will consist of project management, data processing, analysis, etc.
- Perform other duties assigned based on experience and qualifications
Required Qualifications :
Engineers : Bachelor of Science degree or higher in any engineering disciplineTechnicians : HS diploma or higher with experience in a technical fieldStrong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsExperience with computers, Microsoft Excel, and CAD software for creating scaled 2D and / or 3D diagrams and drawingsBenefits :
