JOB POSTING : Manufacturing Technician

Job Details :

Legacy Technologies DBA PacAero - Mission is looking for a manufacturing technician to support all levels of manufacturing activities for PacAero Mission. This position will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment throughout the production environment, ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up, operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Work with our quality team to inspect products for defects and identify potential problems, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Troubleshoot as needed, diagnosing and repairing basic equipment malfunctions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Optimization of processes, by suggesting improvements to the manufacturing processes and schedules or helping to implement improvements when advised to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Complete all documentation relating to the production process as necessary.
• Work with engineers, quality technicians and members of management to ensure smooth workflow and meet production goals.
• Conduct experiments with samples and report results as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
