Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct a diverse range of clinical laboratory tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and make sure laboratory instruments are calibrated and maintained properly.
• Assist with gathering specimens and prep samples for analysis as required.
• Ensure detailed documentation of all procedures, contribute to the training of new staff or interns, and help maintain high lab quality standards.
• Create a safe and sterile work space by following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within your first year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of your certification during your time of employment.
