Job Title : Plumbing Foreman

Location : Manhattan, NY

Salary : $130K - $150K

Are you an experienced Plumbing Foreman looking to take the lead on major high-rise residential projects in New York City? We are a well-established plumbing contractor operating across all 5 boroughs, and were seeking a knowledgeable, hands-on Foreman to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and supervise plumbing crews on high-rise residential construction projects
  • Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with NYC building codes
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans
  • Ensure proper installation of piping systems, fixtures, and equipment
  • Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality workmanship
  • Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
  • Track labor, materials, and progress to meet project schedules and deadlines

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5+ years of plumbing experience; 2+ years in a foreman or supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of NYC plumbing code and high-rise construction standards
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced job site environment
  • Skilled in reading drawings and coordinating with multiple trades
  • OSHA certification preferred
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel between job sites in the 5 boroughs
