Responsible for conducting case reviews for the work of Human Service Specialists to ensure compliance with policy and procedures related to service delivery; Assists in managing the BPM processes for the DCF Lobby area as the backup Quarterback; Will complete case reviews to assist the Performance Improvement Unit and provide benefit eligibility determinations (new applications, re-certifications, and all changes) for Child Care, Cash, and Food Assistance through phone, face to face, computer, fax and mail; Work is completed within KEES computer system; Position will serve Shawnee, Jackson, Jefferson, Osage, Pottawatomie and Wabaunsee counties as well as remotely assist other offices / counties within the East Region and with statewide backlog from other regions as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :   Education – General; Five years of experience interviewing, investigating, compiling information, documenting decisions, interpreting guidelines and / or providing technical assistance relevant to the agency’s program. Post-secondary education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency. NOTE : If you wish to have your education considered, college transcripts must be submitted.

Preferred Qualifications :  Experience and working knowledge of EES administered programs.
