Tax Credit Documentation Specialist

Role:
As a Real Estate Tax Credit Specialist, this individual will be responsible for working with Property Managers and Assistant Property managers to ensure the property capacity is full. By doing so, the Specialist will be working with tenants on the recertification process from start to finish. This would include identifying, interviewing, coordination and documentation of tax credit eligible tenants.

This is a 6 month contract position with opportunity to go full time with the organization. Once converted to a full time permanent employee, this position will be offering a comprehensive benefits package including Base Salary, medical/dental/vision, paid time off, paid holidays, 401K match, insurance, and growth potential that is unlimited. During the contract period it will be a hourly rate without benefits.
