What you'll be doing
- Real-time tracking team member performance & engagement leveraging Business Intelligence
- Hosting virtual & in-person coaching opportunities that support employee development spanning leasing techniques, financial understanding, advanced sales skills and more.
- Promoting operational efficiencies by monitoring and providing training on property management software platforms (Resman, Coupa, etc.).
- Devising strategic learning plans targeting employee needs
- Build interactive learning content and deliver across company portfolio
- Support the growth of the internal peer-to-peer mentorship program
- Communicating regularly with support function leads and leadership in developing new and innovative best practices.
- Take ownership of the mystery shop program to align with sales enablement strategies, ensuring insights are leveraged to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
The ideal candidate has :
Long-term focus and desire to work in a fast-paced, growing organizationAt least 3 years in a training role creating instructional content.Prior experience in property management.Expertise in instructional design with proficiency in Google / Microsoft suite (especially PPT / Slides and Excel / Sheets).Experienced in video production and video / audio editingExperience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform (LXP)An outgoing, people-centric attitudeDetailed, organized, and routine-orientedStrong virtual and in-person communication skills with experience in virtual facilitationProactive, autonomous, and self-disciplined work ethic to close gaps that arise with our teamsReside in Austin, TX (Hybrid)What you'll get :
