What You Will Be Doing

Helion is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our in-house Machine Shop to manage part marking, parts cleaning, and incoming / outgoing shipments to support our production and R&D. You will report to the Machine Shop Manager at our Everett, WA location.

You Will

• Promptly unload trucks and deliveries during business hours
• Package materials for shipment and transport to local facilities
• Support laser part marking and parts cleaning operations
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Procurement, Machine Shop, Engineering, and Finance, and other related departments to resolve problems related to receipt and distribution of material
• Manage transactions in Helion's ERP software, MES, and 3PL software
• Maintain clean, organized storage locations across the shipping, receiving, and storage areas
• Operate material handling equipment including, but not limited to : forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts
• Support first shift operating from 6 : 00 am - 2 : 30 pm

Final compensation is determined through a holistic evaluation of your experience, qualifications, and our commitment to internal equity - ensuring fairness and transparency across our teams. This is an exempt salaried role.

Annual Base Pay

$28-$34 USD
