Customer Quality Specialist
Location : Chatsworth, CA
Salary : $31.00 / hr with $2,700 bonus. Salary raise upon hiring
This is a full time, temp-to-hire position
Our client is seeking a Customer Quality Representative responsible for ensuring products meet customer, company, and industry standards. You'll handle customer claims, inspect products, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues.
Key Responsibilities :
Investigate and resolve customer claims.
Review and validate product quality and specifications.
Manage non-conforming parts, corrective actions, and customer portals.
Collaborate with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
Support audits and corrective action implementation.
Prepare reports on quality metrics and manage returned materials. Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have experience with First Article Inspection using Net Inspect
Must have experience with Root Cause Analysis
2-5 years of experience in aerospace fasteners or related field.
Experience in quality inspections and corrective action programs.
Proficient with precision measuring tools and SAP ERP (preferred).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and Excel skills. Preferred Certifications :
Quality Auditor / Engineer, Six Sigma, blueprint reading. Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in non-temperature-controlled environments. Benefits Upon Eligibility :
