Develop and maintain business relationship with existing clients as well as cultivate business with prospect customers
Maintain regular calling effort with key members of the client and report to Management all important dialogues
Market and promote Banking products and services
Make regular contact with established customers strengthening relationships and discovering new product opportunities
Follow through bank policies and procedures relative to Regulatory Compliance
Perform other related tasks
3+ years related experience in the financial services industry
Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Economics or equivalent work experience required
Must know depository and cash management services, of basic financial analysis and basic loan products, Trade Finance and Investment Banking Products
Formal credit training is a plus
Bilingual in Japanese and English (reading, writing and verbal) fluency required
