We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual identity across digital, print, and social platforms.

What You’ll Do

Design & Production

Create compelling graphics for email campaigns, push notifications, SMS, social media, and digital ads.

Develop print collateral including order inserts, signage, and packaging.

Collaborate on brand assets such as logos, wordmarks, icons, and style guides.

Support ongoing website and app design projects (banners, visuals, updates).

Deliver visual designs in correct file sizes and formats.

Brand & Marketing Collaboration

Partner with the marketing team to bring campaigns, sales, and launches to life.

Collaborate with the web designer and developer to prototype and optimize website and app visuals.

Translate brand strategy into cohesive visuals across digital and print.

Help enforce and evolve brand standards, style guides, logos, wordmarks, and icons.

Embrace creative challenges with fresh ideas for design and storytelling.

Stay ahead of design, ecommerce, and social trends to bring innovative concepts to the table.

Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns, sales, and product launches.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2–3+ years of professional design experience (preferably in ecommerce, beauty, or fashion).

Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design (required to apply).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.

Experience designing marketing emails in Klaviyo (or similar platform) is a plus.

Excellent eye for detail, typography, and brand aesthetics.

Ability to manage multiple projects for multiple brands in a fast-paced environment.
