[job_card.job_description]Organize and lead new hire orientation and training, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Create and manage a training calendar that schedules and tracks all training activities for FDVs. Collaborate with subject matter experts, supervisors, and managers to keep abreast of changes impacting FDVs' roles, incorporating this information into training programs. Identify knowledge gaps among the FDV team through regular consultation with managers and team leads, and design training programs to address these areas. Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices in the logistics and freight industry. Experience leading training programs or similar roles, or hands-on involvement in training activities. We welcome internal candidates who have relevant skills or a strong interest in learning and growing in this area. Extensive knowledge of Transport Management Systems, particularly Cargowise, and the ability to teach others to use these systems effectively. Proficiency in various training methodologies, including traditional classroom settings, e-learning, simulations, and hands-on training. Openness to developing skills in these areas is valued. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills. Strong report writing and record-keeping ability, with an emphasis on tracking trainees' progress and the effectiveness of training programs. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to a diverse range of audiences. Associate Training And Quality Lead

We are looking for an Associate Training and Quality Lead to support our current training, quality, and new hire onboarding processes. In this role, you will be able to work directly with our Training and Quality Manager including other department leads to ensure that our teams deliver exceptional service and adhere to quality standards. You will be responsible for creating, designing, and delivering employee training plans for our team. Learning And Development Specialist Responsibilities
The Learning and Development Specialist will be in charge of :
Course Designing and Execution :
- Develop comprehensive training programs for Freight Data Validators (FDVs), focusing on industry-specific tools and best practices, including Transport Management Systems like Cargowise.
- Implement a variety of effective training methodologies tailored to the FDVs' needs, such as e-learning, role-playing, coaching, and on-the-job training.
- Ensure that product updates and enhancements are incorporated swiftly into the training program, enabling FDVs to adapt to changes effectively and promptly, enhancing their productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee the creation, updating, and maintenance of FDV training materials, ensuring they are consistently up-to-date with product updates and enhancements.
- Assess the effectiveness of all training activities and continuously refine and update the curriculum based on these evaluations.
