A company is looking for a Performance Analyst responsible for audit functions related to FEP Plan performance.
Key Responsibilities
Audits FEP claims, customer service inquiries, and enrollment activities per Plan Incentive Program guidelines
Completes Performance Guarantee audits and supports IA and SIU as needed
Utilizes internal tools to document audit findings and ensure corrective actions are taken
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Claims, Membership, or Customer Service
Knowledge of FEP and audit / analytical experience required
Understanding of healthcare industry and claims processing
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
