Position: Concierge

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Concierge at our luxury hotel. The Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting them with a variety of requests and inquiries, such as making reservations, arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, and overseeing special requests and amenities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and act as the first point of contact for any requests or concerns
- Provide personalized recommendations to guests for dining, entertainment, and activities
- Assist guests with making reservations for restaurants, shows, and other events
- Coordinate transportation services for guests, including arranging airport transfers and taxi services
- Handle special requests from guests, such as arranging floral deliveries or securing tickets to sold-out events
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, shops, and attractions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service for guests
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a concierge role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using reservation software and other hospitality technology
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests
