We are currently hiring a driver to drive our company cargo van to deliver merchandise from our main headquarters in Fairfax, Virginia, to our different locations and customers in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. We are commissary based, so our locations in DC receive merchandise from our Headquarter location based in Fairfax. Our company driver is in charge of delivering these goods from our commissary kitchen to our different locations.

On a typical day, you'd come to our warehouse in Fairfax, where you'd work under our logistics and operations manager and kitchen manager to coordinate the merchandise that needs to be delivered to our restaurants in DC. You'd also coordinate with our logistic team to coordinate any additional deliveries (to customers' homes). You will use an app on your phone that indicates your stops for the day and provides GPS tracking to our customers awaiting grocery / pantry goods. It is worth noting that you will not be delivering hot food from our restaurants to customers.

Because you'll be delivering not only to our restaurants but also to our customers who order grocery items on our website, this position includes cash and credit card tips.

We are currently offering $500 bonus after 500 hours worked for this position. Please mention it during your interview to qualify!

This job requires flexible availability from Monday-Saturday.

Requirements :

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid standard drivers’ license
• Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van
• Must be able to move boxes and merchandise 50lb or more
• Must have a safe driving record (no DUI / DWI / Reckless / Suspensions)
• Drive safely in various weather conditions
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the city while adhering to a time schedule
• Exceptional customer service skills
