Responsibilities

  • As a Key Account Executive for our Enterprise sales squad, directly impact how our business moves and succeeds by helping new and existing clients grow their business.
  • Operate as both a hunter (build pipeline from scratch and convert opportunities into clients) and a farmer (upsell, cross-sell, grow the client base).
  • Know all the key players in your assigned market and build strong relationships.
  • Understand Infobip solutions well enough to support client needs and identify which products can help their business evolve.
  • Actively listen to identify new and innovative use cases for Infobip’s products.
  • Maintain an up-to-date overview of the business, industry trends, and competition.
  • Grow the number of clients by maintaining a healthy pipeline of accounts.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in a quota-carrying role in the North American Enterprise market, with focus on Fortune 500 companies.
  • Direct SaaS experience required; CPaaS and CCaaS are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare, FinTech & BFSI, e-Commerce, Education, Customer Engagement SaaS, or MarTech verticals.
  • Skilled at building and managing a sales pipeline, acquiring key accounts, and consultative sales.
  • Successful track record in B2B sales, ideally in Telecom or IT space.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts; identify stakeholders at various levels; develop solid and executable pre- and post-meeting plans.
  • Ability to build strong consultative business relationships and interact confidently with C-level players.
  • Value proposition experience based on discovery, GTM management, pricing objections, and partnerships.
  • Proactive and creative in understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present products and ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who is hungry to win and eager to push limits.
  • Prefers a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup-minded environment.

  • Salary range : $130,000-$160,000 USD annual base; potential for higher earnings via variable compensation.
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance; Basic life insurance; 401(k) with company match; disability insurance.
  • Wellness program up to $500 / year (pro-rated).
  • PTO : 23 vacation days / year; 9 sick days / year; carryover of up to 9 sick days; leave for major life events; 12 weeks paid parental leave.
