Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Milestone LLC is on the lookout for a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team of mental health professionals. In this vital role, you will provide therapeutic services to clients struggling with various emotional and psychological challenges. You will conduct thorough assessments, craft personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies tailored to individual client needs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of various therapeutic interventions and treatment planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client rapport.
• Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
