About the Role

Alumni Ventures operates a scaled, technology-enabled venture platform rather than a traditional VC model. Our engineering team builds and operates the systems that power investment tracking, portfolio analytics, and new financial products. The team is small and fast moving, and engineers own problems end to end with direct visibility into how their work is used by investors and founders. You will work across the stack, from APIs and data pipelines to investor-facing UI, while building mission-driven tools that support real investments in innovative startups. This role will be in office T / W / Th.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and ship features across the platform, including investor dashboards and internal workflow automation.
• Solve complex problems in data modeling, system design, API development, and third-party integrations, with an emphasis on scalability and reliability.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining full accountability for code comprehension, quality, and security.
• Contribute to a culture of curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
