System Engineer (Deerfield Beach)

Role : Systems Engineer

Salary : $150,000-$175,000

Location : Deerfield Beach, FL

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global's client is a top marine communications client servicing both government and commercial clients. As their team continues to grow, they have opened an additional position for a Systems Engineer on their team. This person will fill a void of understanding their systems to ensure they can service their customers in the best way possible.

Customer Service Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in systems engineering or equivalent experience
• 4-6+ years of systems engineering experience
• Experience with various tools such as DOORs, Clearcase, ClearQuest, Jira, Jama (preference to Rational DOORs)
• Understanding of the architecture and systems
• Analytical background and able to understand system, requirements, analyze gaps, and translate to customers - Good communication skills and documentation skills
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Able to come onsite 5 days a week in Deerfield Beach, FL
