This is the position you've been waiting for. D1 is an athletic-based group fitness and sports performance facility for youth and adults with a mission of providing the best fitness philosophy, training and facility to its athletes. We pride ourselves on empowering our members and athletes to improve themselves by efficiently and consistently reaching their fitness goals. Key responsibilities and duties include:

• Daily lead calls to educate prospective members about D1 and how we can help them reach their goals, with the objective of scheduling consultations, assessments and trials leading to membership sales
• Membership, personal training, small group and team training sales
• Cold-calling, networking, relationship building, and business generation
• Front desk assistance and cleaning

Required qualifications and experience:

• 1 year of cold-calling sales experience
• 1 year of face-to-face sales experience
• A high-energy, motivating, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
• Strong moral character
• Drive to constantly learn and improve
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer relations skills
• Ability to meet daily call volume requirements
• Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others
• Ability to overcome objections and build relationships

Pay:

• $14.00 - $18.00 per hour (dependent on experience and productivity)
• Salary range based off full time hourly pay, plus commission incentives
• Competitive commission and bonus structure

Compensation: $32,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
