STAFF ATTORNEY – ANTITRUST LITIGATION & COUNSELING

(NON-PARTNERSHIP TRACK)

A prominent international AmLaw 50 law firm is seeking a talented Attorney to join their highly regarded Antitrust Practice Group in Washington, DC. This non-partnership track position offers the opportunity to work on complex antitrust and competition matters involving government enforcement, merger review, and strategic counseling across a wide range of industries.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with e xcellent academic credentials
• Active Bar Admission in the District of Columbia , in good standing
• 3–5 years of substantive experience in antitrust law
• Background in counseling , investigations , and / or litigation under federal antitrust statutes is required
• Experience preparing and managing Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act filings is strongly desired
• Prior experience with a government agency , such as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or Department of Justice (DOJ) Antitrust Division, is a plus
• Soft skills : Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary : Expected annual salary range of $260,000 - $365,000 , as determined by experience and market factors, along with a generous bonus structure
