As an Entry-Level Installation Specialist, you will become a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be trained to educate and connect customers with cutting-edge smart home technology, helping us maintain our six-time J.D. Power award-winning status for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do:

• Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Guide customers in using their technology while promoting additional beneficial services.
• Maintain a tidy work area and exhibit a professional demeanor while working independently and collaborating with your team.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record.
• Flexibility: Willing to travel as necessary and work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft), lift weights up to 70 lbs, and meet a weight limit of 335 lbs.
• Customer Service Orientation: Ability to build trust and provide exceptional experiences.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Effectively address a range of challenges in real-time.
• Determination: Capable of working in various weather conditions and tight spaces.
• Adaptability: Ready to manage unexpected changes with ease.
