Job Description

Position : Program Aid - Before & After School Childcare

Rate $15.75 / hour

If you are looking for experience working with children, you might just be who we are looking for! Program Aids help provide a safe and fun program for our before and after school students. This is an entry-level position that assists with implementing all before & after school activities. This position is a part time position running from the hours of 6 : 45am-8 : 30 / 9 : 00am AND / OR 2 : 30 / 3pm-6pm during regular school days. During extended school breaks (Thanksgiving break, winter break, spring break, etc.) program hours are from 6 : 45am-6pm, Monday through Friday.

This position is ideal for high school or college students looking for experience working with children. If you are at least 16 years old, apply now! You do NOT need experience. We will train you on everything so you feel % comfortable engaging with the children.

Experience and Skills

Our ideal candidate will :

  • Be at least 16 years of age at the time of application.
  • Be able to obtain CPR / First Aid and Standard Precautions Training.
  • Pass a TRAILS background check and an FBI fingerprint background check.
  • Possess reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Be committed to being a positive role model with youth!
