Sales/Marketing Rep

Servpro of Teaneck/Englewood is hiring a Sales/Marketing Rep. The Sales/Marketing Rep is responsible for driving our marketing campaigns, overseeing the client database, and maintaining an active presence at local and regional associations and trade show events. You will be responsible for growing business profit and revenue and developing long-standing business relationships. If you are proactive, truly enjoy providing superior service, and a high sales performer who loves taking ownership, this could be an ideal place for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and gain the ability to effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits
• Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships with contacts in our sales territory and seek to develop new prospects and leads to ensure revenue growth
• Complete annual marketing needs assessment, including planning the number of CE classes, lunch-and-learns.

Position Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of direct sales experience
• Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
• Strong process and results driven attitude
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
