Location: Sylmar & Pasadena Compensation: $35/hour Schedules: All part-time/per diem/on-call shifts

💼 Position Highlights:

As a Nurse Assistant Training (NAT) Instructor, you’ll:

Deliver engaging classroom and clinical instruction.

Evaluate student performance with guidance and encouragement.

Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain a supportive learning environment.

Help students develop the confidence, skills, and compassion that define outstanding nursing assistants.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

A current LVN license in good standing (California)

At least 2 years of nursing experience, with 1+ year in long-term care or working with the elderly/chronically ill (e.g., nursing home, assisted living, hospice, or hospital setting)

A DSD Certificate (can be completed online in just 24 hours)

Teaching experience is a plus but not required—we’ll support your success

Flexible with location of clinical site

Must be committed and reliable
