JOB SUMMARY
Technical Support Intern is to assist with the maintenance of computer hardware and software systems. Intern will aid in resolving technical issues concerning client’s daily operation or software infrastructure. A Technical Support Intern will also support computer software integration by diagnosing and troubleshooting common problems.
